I know it's been forever since I posted, but I'm back….
January saw me take up 'residence' in a Coffee Bar -
Posh Fitness & Coffee Bar
in Clay Cross, just outside of Chesterfield in Derbyshire.
Posh Craft Parlour is the extension to the coffee bar, it offers further seating and displays a gallery of my creations - all items available to buy.
Thanks to the generosity of my wonderful friend Diana, I've been able to set up a 'creative space' in the parlour, where I can sit and 'make' in earshot of the coffee bar goings-on (which can have me in giggles most days!)
The opportunity has made it possible for me to have somewhere to go on the days that I'm able to drive. I can leave the house, to sit in a warm, friendly environment. It's helping to clear my head to allow creativity back in, I'm able to socialise AND use the 'Cyclossage Bed' in Posh Fitness on a more regular basis - the bed helps my fibromyalgia no end - I can't praise it highly enough.
If like me you are in need of some physical therapy or help with exercise, Diana can introduce you to the Cyclossage Bed or Vibratration Plate Training. There is also a lovely 'ladies only' gym and a great studio with yoga & fitness classes running weekly.
Pregnant & new mums can seek sanctuary AND fitness WITH the babies as Amy can take you under her wing with her 'Bumpalicious' / Mum & Baby classes.
If none of that is for you but you do enjoy a lovely cup of something, delicious slice of cake, or light lunch out... Posh is the place to visit!
