All My Love - SCRAP BUSTER!!

SCRAP BUSTER Double 'Z' Fold Landscape Card featuring 'All My Love' DSP and 'Meant To Be' Bundle

So as my 'ALL MY LOVE' addiction continues, I had to figure out a way to utilise my scrappy strips of DSP - far too pretty to throw away!...

See the hearts! - cute huh! .... and made from scrappy strips of DSP!

Simply glue strips of DSP onto a piece of Whisper White - I even used a piece that I'd made a 'stampin booboo' on!...

Once the glue is dry, you can go to town with die cutting....

I chose the 'BE MINE' Stitched Framelits from the 'Meant To Be' Bundle...

So, easy and you can quickly accumulate a whole pile of 'embellishments' ready for your future cards.   

(I also did this with the 'GINGHAM GALA' 6x6 DSP - They too look fab!!)

Now the card.... The Double 'Z' Landscape - seemingly my current 'go to' card, and with many thanks to Amanda Bates of  'THE CRAFT SPA' and her wonderful easy-peasy instructions!

This particular card will be given to my wonderful friend Cath on our flight home from NYC!

She was kind enough to accompany me on a 'respite from life!' trip - and although I'm writing this post prior to us leaving the UK - I'm pretty certain we will have had a fabulous time!

Fun Fold Friday #3 - DOUBLE 'Z' FOLD CARD

DOUBLE 'Z' FOLD CARD 

featuring 'All My Love' DSP and
the 'Forever Lovely' Bundle.

Inspired by cards made at the Julie's Jems 'Team Day' (I'll show you these tomorrow), this 'Double 'Z' Fold Card is SO much fun to make! 
The first one is a bit tricky, but once you've completed one, you'll probably get the 'Z' bug and make lots and lots more!!!

Julie shared that her idea was CASE'd from Amanda Bates, another member of Julie's team - and Amanda has kindly given me permission to tag her blog for the instructions...

'The Craft Spa'

I made this particular card slightly differently, in that, after placing the DSP onto the Front Left and Inside Back panels of the main card... I then cut a piece of Whisper White 9.3cm High by 14.4cm Wide - this served to cover all 3 panels of the 'Double 'Z' part.

Once cut to the pre-mentioned meaurements, I cut into the 3 panels required of 5cm (by 9.3) and 2 at 4.7cm (by 9.3) . I then laid these in that same order, starting with 5cm wide, and started to stamp (the flowers were masked off to put the leaves behind them!)....

Once stamped up, I glued them to the 'Double 'Z' part...

Once dry, I then attached this to the main card.

To finish, I embellished the front panel with a further die cut flower, 2 leaves and a loopy frond, swiftly brushed over with the Wink Of Stella pen for 'twinkle' and popped up on a dimensional!

I'm loving the 'Itty Bitty Birthdays' Stamp Set - it's just perfect when you need a 'smaller' sentiment - and SO much choice all in one set!
